I have some 3 or 4 year old set of ultegra cranks. How do I tell if I have an octalink BB? Or if they or octalink compatible?

bodhiOctalnk crank has 8 grooves for the BB splines in the round hole that attaches to the spindle. Non octalink ultegra just has a square hole.
