  1. Does anyone know a supermarket that sells jerky? I am sure I have seen it
somewhere but tried in Tesco today but they didn't know what I was talking
about. They showed me to the croutons!

    TIA

    Hi Liz,
I bought a small packet in Asda a couple of weeks ago, cost £1.99. Don't
think I'll be buying again tho'. Was not nice.

Can you get a dehydrator? :-)
It's far cheaper to make your own jerky, and really really easy!

I have some great ideas for the marinades as I've made quite a bit of it.

    Cheers!

I think I got some in Sainsburys a little while ago. My favourite source is
a sausage chain called Proctors, which does proper South African biltong,
but that might be a local thing. Several of the low-carb on-line websites
    carry it.
