Very interesting read. It just about confirms that blood doping has changed between 2001/2002 and 2003/2004. EPO out, transfusions in. It also makes a good case for longitudinal testing IMHO.

Just more grist for the mill that the UCI has known for a long time they were sitting on a powder keg and did nothing about it. Do you think Armstrong would let us have a peek at his blood parameters over the years? It would be nice to see them behaving normally so I could have at least some hope his protests of innocence were true.
