The Alcohol limits section of that document is pretty bizarre.
0.2% for billiards competition (okay I can let that one slide); but
0.2% for aeronautic competition! ...and
0.3% for powerboat competition!!Cripes I'm staying well clear of the shoreline next time I see a sanctioned boat race!! 🙄
