Hi everyone,
I am currently riding a 2010 Fuji Newest 1.0 with a set of Alex AKX-R1.0 Double Wall Aluminum, 700c clincher rims. The current set of tyres is the stock Kenda K-152 700x25c. I'm looking to purchase some upgrade/ backup tyres and tubes. I have been told that the Conti Ultrasport and Gatorskins are good for their price and Michelin Airstop Butyl tubes are the way to go. My question at hand is that since im new to bike maintenance what are the correct sizes of tyres and tubes for this set of rims? I'm fairly certain that I need 700x 25 tyres, i'm more worried about tube size and whether or not stem sizes make a substantial difference.

Hi KLabs, ironically I was reading that thread just a few minutes ago. It helps a good deal on my tyre issue only I am more interested when it comes to tube and valve stem sizing.
Thanks for the help
