Hi!
Been spinning for a while on Precor Spin Bike in a local fitness club. Found that pedals on these bikes are two-sided.
May you please identify what type of pedal it is?

I would buy cycling shoes for this but the pedal doesnt seem like an SPD or any other familiar type.

FWIW. By my reckoning, the pedal is probably SPD-compatible ...
BUT, I would think that you could probably just ask someone at the gym to confirm that OR to tell you what type of cleats the pedals use if they are not SPD-compatible.

The main difference that I'm seeing is the curve of the lugs that hold the front and back of the cleat. On the SPD pedal, the lug provides both hold-down and lateral retention. The gym pedal seems to use the visible flanges for hold-down retention and curved recesses underneath (above from the cleat's point of view) for lateral retention.
If the gym is no help, take your photo to a bike shop and see if they can find something that might be a match in the QBP catalog.
