Hi all. I'm new to this newsgroup. I am a type 1, have been since Feb. 1968 when I was 10 months old. I have other health issues such as high blood pressure (may be medicine related), visual migraines, and maybe diabetic diarrhea. I also have many other autoimmune issues, such as: hypothyroid, collagenous colitis, and arthritis.
I am having lots of problems with the collagenous colitis and am wondering if anyone out there has it (autoimmune diseases seem to be associated with it). There are no websites for collagenous colitis and it is considered a "rare" disease.

This is not something with which I suffer, but the folks at the National Organization for Rare Diseases have a nice site containing information on the subject..
