magic. They are right, more than they realize. The human

afraid to go to sleep in a dark room. We sat down and did
EFT for fear of the dark. I believe that we had to do two
10 minutes sessions (This was several years ago.)
Immediately thereafter she was able to sleep in a dark
room with no problems whatsoever. She has had no
recurrance of this problem for perhaps 2 years now.

What would be my motivation for writing this post. One can
easily learn EFT without paying even one thin dime.
Perhaps I am in a conspiracy with printer paper and
printer ink manufacturers, since the EFT Manual takes up
87 pages after being downloaded from
emofree.comemofree.comOpen ↗ for free and legally. That's it!
Hotmoon is a shill for printer paper and printer ink
manufacturers. After all, for the cynical and
materialistic MBNs (Medical Brown Nosers), there has got
to be some other incredibly selfish and depraved
motivation. Good will and the fact that it works couldn't
possibly be a motivation.

I find such allegations against alternative supporters are
extremely rare, and then mainly as a half-in-jest
retaliation against the almost routine allegations of such
by alternaitve supporters against anyone who disagrees
with them.

In such instances as the above it can be pointed out that
the "energy" aspects of such work are quite unproven. Well-
known psychological mechanisms can attach to any therapeutic
modality and have like effects. There is no need to be
claiming "magic".

Only by comparing EFT to some sort of sham procedure to
control for those psychological mechanisms could your claims
be accpted at face value.

But good luck to you if this has helped your family over
minor problems. I have no objection to that, only the
exaggerated significance you attach to
it..

My wife has been interested in EFT for about 2 years now,
she's done the courses etc. and has just started helping a
few people to get over problems that they have had for many
years. I must admit I was a bit sceptical about "tapping"
and repeating affirmations but for our young grandson who
walked into his home after it had burgled - it has helped
him overcome his fears.

For a local athlete he's now in the national squad -
hopefully he will be selected for the world titles.

My wife has even tried it on herself - she had an absolute
fear of putting her head under water - she's cured herself.

I'm not sure how it works - but it seems to.

As an aside we were having dinner with an anaesthetist last
week and she surprised me by saying that they know that
anaesthetics work, but they still dont know how they work. I
was gob smacked - surely this is the argument used by the
detractors of alt medicine.
