    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2 whole English muffins -- split in half
    3 ounces tuna in water -- drained
    2 teaspoons pimientos -- minced
    2 tablespoons four-cheese Mexican-style shredded cheese
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    Mix tuna, pimentos, cheese and Dijon mustard together. Split the English
    muffins in half and divide tuna evenly and spread on each half. Toast in
    a toaster oven or under a broiler for a couple of minutes.
