  1. Ive got a small slice in the tyre tread of my brand new tub after some crummy rider come down in front of me in this wonderful sport we all love. ๐Ÿ˜„
It has only gone throught the first layer of the tyre eg the grippy part and so i was wondering if it is worth repairing and how to go about it.

    Cheers for any help

I've used contact cement to repair cuts before, seems to hold up OK. Put some contact in the cut while the tire is inflated, let it sit for about 10 minutes to get tacky and then deflate the tireand keep some pressure on the cut till the glue dries.

  3. cheers will try it tonight
