That's a difficult question because 1-hr performance is affected more by LT than by VO2max.
Assuming that you'll also be able to raise your LT power by 6%, however, here's an example that you could use to help estimate the answer:
go to www.analyticcycling.com and find the link for 'Power, Given Speed' (it's under Static forces on rider). In that tool, enter your weight, a frontal area close to the low end of the default range (assuming you're riding this TT in an aero position), speed of 40 kph (11.11 m/s), appropriate slope %, etc. and hit 'run model' to find the power needed to maintain that speed. Multiply that power by 1.06, and go back to the homepage for the 'Speed, Given Power' link. Enter the new 1-hr power and fill in all the variables as before, and it will tell you your new speed, which you can use to compute your new TT time.
