  1. To ALL who will be attending Great Floridian later this month: Make
    sure you stop by and visit the TRY-A-TRI tent while you're there.
    TRY-A-TRI offers many Triathlon specific T-shirts and much more High
    quality Triathlon specific items that are sure motivate and encourage
    triathlete's and the sport of Triathlon as a whole. Our Father, Henry
    Forrest, who is one of the "Originals" in the sport having participated
    and completed the very first Hawaii Iron Man in 1978. TRY-A-TRI's main
    focus is to encourage fellow triathletes and the sport in general. We
    feel it is an awesome sport and an incredible lifestyle and an
    extremely FUN and healthy way to seek continued Health and fitness. We
    feel our father has passed on to us a deep love and respect for this
    incredible sport and has certainly left us with a Legacy an extreme few
    have been gifted with.

    Stick to "Your" plan and Run your own Race, Remember: You have done
    your homework... now the mission is to enjoy the Party! Have Fun, stay
    in the moment, deal with the Now...and Enjoy YOUR Race day!
