Truvativ crank&Bottom Bracket

If it really is the BB,have the idiots changed it out for another one? Have they actually taken it out,greased the threads,and possibly used some teflon tape on them? Or are they just lookin at it and pickin their nose and giving you the big..D'oh? You giveno indication as towhat's been actually done.It should be under warranty. Kick some butt and get it fixed.

Go to another shop.

Have them take the BB out and wrap the BB threads a few times with teflon tape and reinstall. That usually does it.

What happens is with time the BB an frame threads start to rub against each other.

We do this here all the time and it works 90% of the time.

Thanx - It's raining here today in dallas so I was planning to take this problem to another shop a friend recommended. I will give
them your suggestion. Appreciate the help.
