"Finding happiness in a frugal, active lifestyle can spare us a future
of pills and hypochondria." (in the bottomline section of their paper
where they list what their study adds to what is currently known in this
area of nutrition for cardiovascular disease)
And that is the bottomline.
(Many astute readers of medical literature probably started suspecting a
satirical parody from the outset just by reading the word "tastier" in
the title :-)
Sidebar note(s):
(1) One way of becoming frugal is to eat less especially if you are
overweight.
(2) Joy is more powerful than happiness and is attainable by all who
accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
(3) Discussion about this satirical parody known as the "polymeal diet"
is actually on-topic for the newsgroups this is being cross-posted to
:-)
Hope these comments enlightens those who need enlightening.
