  1. I love chocolate truffles. Margaret sent me some (thank you thank you thank
    you)
and they are history. They were so very good I ordered 3 more boxes of them
online. Aptly named Gustaux. So silky, so good.

Joke's on me. Opened the Christmas gift given out by management at work,
guess what, chocolate truffles from Belgium. 2 keys of them, otherwise
    known
    as kilos. Yikes.

I also learned one should not whine that you can't find Clark bars anymore.
Now that I have a case of 36 of them, I am probably set for life. Yikes
    again.

I got a cookbook by Lidia, she's so cool and she makes such good food, if
too much fish for my taste. I'm already jonesin for the fried zucchini
    rollup
appetizers. She says they are snapped up especially by martini drinkers,
    she's
noticed. Not a martini drinker but I'll still be all over those things.

Funny I never cared for zucchini, but now that I'm old I really like them.

It'll be a nice change from the MASSIVE quantities of chocolate that I have
    been consuming.

Heh, Ron picked up a cheesecake from this terrific bakery on Friday, just
beautiful. Too bad he dropped it in front of the refrigerator so it now
    looks
like a strawberry accident on a plate. (laugh) Good thing it was wrapped
    up well.

If you're going by mileage that would be 'klicks' 🙂

Don't ever ask me for Goo Goo Clusters again LOL Boo hoo, boo hoo! I didn't
get a Goo Goo! (laughing) The store changed owners and they don't sell Goo
Goo's anymore. But in Jonesboro in November I saw a sign for them at a
restaurant. Know what I miss? Zagnuts.
