anyone know an easy way of mounting a rear wheel on a trike,
like on the windcheetah?

Just think!! With Home Depot taking over, the possibilities are
endless! Some of that Liquid Solder in a tube, combined with Liquid
Rubber in another tube; those nicely glued up Windcheetahs have nothing
over a little American ingenuity! If all else fails: time to grab the
baling wire and duct tape.
Seriously; I don't have a clue.

On the vast majority of trikes, the rear wheel mounts just like any
bicycle wheel. The Windcheetah is different. It uses a wheelchair-like
hub, that can be removed by removing the one big nut on the left side.
