When will the first ladies Tour of Flanders happen?

The first Tour of Flanders will be held on April 4, 2004.
Departure in Oudenaarde at noon and arrival in Ninove
after 94 km.
There are 9 classic Tour of Flanders-hills.
Race director is Jo Gosseye, together with his team
organizer of the GP Stad Zottegem.
