Who out there other than HED is selling a Tri-Spoke tubular that isn't charging big bucks that are a reliable wheel set?

There was the old Mavic 3G - as seen on the Lotus Bike from 1992. Those were available in 700c and 26". Mavic do a 5 spoke now that's pretty darned bombproof - a bit spendy though.

All of the above can be had with a bit of looking on craigslist or ebay... However, I don't think there are any three or five spoke wheels that are as aero as the Specialized/HED wheel.
Any particular love for the 3 spoke wheels? Something like a HED Jet6 has similar aero properties and doesn't require a 19mm tire. Using a 23mm on a Specialized/HED trispoke will increase drag a fair amount - using wider will kill it. If you have designs on using a wider tire then using a rim like the Jet or even the Stinger (I think that one is silly wide and you can use a 25mm tire without effecting flow - check with HED to make sure but I think the rim is 28mm wide). They do a "stallion build" for extra strength too...
