Trek Vs. Bianchi

Please give me your opinion about which is the better bike. 2001 Bianchi XL Boron frame with carbon fork, 105 groupo, and Shimano R540 wheelset or 2004 Trek 2200, OCLV Carbon frame, Bontrager Carbon fork, Bontrager Race wheelset, and Shimano Ultegra crank and rear derailur (basically a stock 2200). And what would you pay for the better? Thanks! ROn

Please give me your opinion about which is the better bike.
