I'm not sure on this model but I had a Trek Y3 which was '99 and full XT and not in bad shape. I sold it for $400 which seemed about the going rate on ebay etc. Given the age of the bike, the technology of some of the parts like 80mm in the front for example, I think you'd be hard pressed to get more than about $400 for it.
