Trek OCLV frames on Ebay

AFAIK, the red colour was only available in a frameset. But any Trek dealer
could get them if they ordered them.

I heard these are new frames held in inventory without paint, slated
to be painted and sent out as replacements for frames returned under
warranty. Apparently they didn't have as many warranty claims as they
thought they would, so they're thinning the reserves with a special
paint job and pricing to dealers.
