  1. Hi,

Over August Bank Holiday i'm thinking of following the walk described
in the book 'Trans Pennine Walk' by Richard MacKrory.

This starts from Adlington and goes over the moors for 56 miles to
Haworth. Villages visited include: Edgworth, Whitworth, Littleborough
    and Hebden Bridge.

Does anyone have any ideas on accomodation - preferably of the pub
variety on this route? Also, if anyone has done this walk, any thoughts
on 3 long days as opposed to an easier 4 day trip.

    Regards,

    Robin
