  1. Hi Guys,

My first post.. I am from India, and race motorcycles professionally.. I have tried many methods of excersice and have lost interest with them.. As a last resort, I bought my self a cycle (mountian bike only front suspension) and started to get to a routine. (got hooked)... currently I start at 6:00 AM and cycle for an hour.. 40 mins of road and about 20 mins of trail, i take one stop at 25mins into the ride to drink some water, (where I switch from road to trail).

Last weekend, l pushed my self to go 2hours 17mins, and felt good about it, now I wanna know how does one, start out on a routine to loose weight and to up the fitness level?

Just keep riding......find a club and join up......get Joe Friels' book "Cyclists Training Bible" (I think that's the name) and read it. Check out these forums for ideas.
