I am a 34 yr old Male who exercises regularly. I used to weigh 300lbs. I am 220lbs now. I always loved running, but I know that in the long run it will take its toll on my ankles and knees. Recently, I decided to take a spin class and I loved it, I have been hooked ever since. When I am unable to take a class I usually go in to the spin studio and ride along with my MP3 player. I have worked up my solo spin rides to 1hr and 15mins. I always liked bike riding but I think I would like to take it up a notch. I know that I need to lose more weight to be competitive with myself. During this time of year (fall) I have not been able to go outside and ride due to my busy schedule but I think that I can accomplish a great deal with the spin bike. ANY SUGGESTIONS TO TAKE IT UP A NOTCH!
