  1. I am a relatively new rider with a goal of completing a century ride this year. I have read that it's a good idea to keep a training log to track progress. Does anyone have a recommended training log software? Doing a quick google search gave an overwhelming supply of choices. Thanks

  2. Try this out, might be useful, and very easy to use.....

crosstrak is excellent way of logging data and for several different sports too. you can import lots of data from e.g., HR monitors and power meters.
