Last season was when I really tried to get into training. I was wondering how everyone comes up with the workouts and intervals? I usually have 8 routes or so I alternate throughout the week I take one day off and Saturdays climb 2-3 mountains on a 60-100 mile ride. I am interested also on watts I have no idea on what is good or anything about watts??
This winter I am going to get a trainer that gives me cadence and watt read out but I don't know what is good or anything.
I have been thinking of getting a coach to help me with this any help will be appreciated.

Here's a good read that explains many things about watts, and has sample workouts and explains the physiological adaptations expected from each. After reading this you'll know enough to search around the forum for some specific info. Good luck.
