  1. I would like to get stronger on the flat and slightly uphill sections of my rides, I seem to suffer on these sections, what type of training should I be concentrating on to improve this?
I would like start ASAP so I can be ready for next year.

    Thanks for the help

You statement implies that there are sections that you don't suffer on. Are you a pure sprinter who likes to go all out for 10 sec. at a time, or are very light and excel only on the very steep sections, or do you just like going downhill? 🙂

Search this forum for Sweet Spot Training (SST). It will make you a stronger rider all-around.
