  1. Hi everyone, Ive been away from my bike for a while, my partner had a baby, I lost my job and now I'm on the dole and wanting to get back into shape. I've become rather unfit (I have NEVER been 12 stone before!)and would like to get fit again.
I have an old but fast GT Timberline, and I have a few good routes I can do(A nice 11 miler with knockout scenery!)

Basically I would like some info regarding a basic training schedule. I know there are plenty of running mags out there(I used to get them but had to quit running!) but none such for cyclingin the context of training, so any good UK based resources you could put my way would be great.
    Cheers
    Larry
