I have been adding lots of L4 to my weeks and am consequently seeing an increase in FT but would like to know what other sessions are considered key in improving RR performance - I could add an L5 5 min interval session but what else ?
No particular weaknesses but if anywhere it would be on power over 1-10 min durations.

If you are familiar with the power profiling stuff and you are saying you are an all rounder, try an actual race and let us know what happens. I have no idea what the courses are like where you live or what level of racing you are doing, what your level is compared to likely competition or what kind of racing you are considering other than just RR, among other pieces of data someone would probably like to have before offering our WAG over the internet. If all you are doing is measuring your power for intervals, well, that's a goal in and of itself but it's not quite the same thing as figuring out where you need to improve for racing which could possibly just be partly mental or mechanical.

As a point of reference, I just looked at what my CTS coach has set up for the next few weeks. We just finished 2 months of L4 intervals, after a recovery week we're starting a block of what CTS calls PowerIntervals, which are 3-5min L5/L6 (using Coggan's power levels) intervals, all fairly high cadence.
