Just got a new trainer for the winter weather that is soon coming. Really want to keep my shape and all the work that I have done this spring and summer in tact. Without buying videos or what not, what are some good hard workouts that can be done on a trainer!? Any advice would help! Thanks Guys and Gals!

Here's what Andy Coggan himself does cyclingforums.comshowpost.phpOpen ↗. I'd start there.

I know how tough it is to be on a trainer/indoors!! I know your post said that you do not want any videos but I would highly recommend that you try one. I borrowed a friends Spinervals DVD and got hooked, it increased my workload and riding ability. www.spinervals.com
