  1. Do you guys think training with a carbon bike on a trainer is going to cause damage to the bike? I have an Giant OCR Limited btw.

    Thanks guys
    Alex

  2. any help ?

  3. yes, riding on a trainer causes bending, however, a bike, especially a carbon one, is supposed to be able to bend. furthermore, a trainer is attached to the strongest part of the bike. bottomline, it causes stress but not enough to do anything close to damaging ur bike. Keep riding.
