Thanks.Erm, if the email address is for cambridge university then the bike shop
beside the station (approaching the station, go to the left immediately in
front of it) had lots of second hand things last time I was there. Failing
that, phone round bike shops and ask if they've got anything second hand
and suitable in - most seem to sell off a few second hand bikes.For quality second hand expect to pay £200-ish at bike shop second hand
prices. On the other hand you might be able to haggle for lock and lights
free, plus a free first service to replace any worn parts (usually done
already), plus one a bit later to fix any niggles (usually cable stretch on
the gears etc).Mark.
p.s. spam harvesters look for email addresses on usenet posts. Most people
usually disguise it in some way (warmmail instead of hotmail, 'at' instead
of '@' etc.
