  1. I've been taking a look at demo versions of Anquet, Memory Map and
    Tracklogs.

At first glance Anquet and MM are very simple to use and Tracklogs is an
altogether more complex beast - all those windows and tabs. What I'm
struggling with is how to do a walkthrough of a route in Tracklogs (v3).
It's obvious in the other 2 but all I've found so far in Tracklogs is the
ability to move about in 3D (rather than actually follow the plotted route).

Anyone know how it's done (oh and I have RTFM - that's pretty poor)?

    Thanks,

    Roy.

Look on the toolbar, towards the right hand end, you will see a white
square with a white arrow at each side. Let the cursor rest on them
and they will say "start walk-through", etc.

Doh. <sfx. Cleans specs> Just where I expected it to be. Thanks Gordon. No
wonder I've started replacing my 1:50000s with 1:25000.

    :-)
I quickly abandoned 1:50,000 because they are not detailed enough to
enjoy browsing, and to navigate in farm and field areas.
