Tracer Cranks

All, Gnashbar is selling cranks made by Tracer [1]. Are these any good? I plan to use them for a fixie / singlespeed bike. I'm going to swap out the chainrings to my sizes. The linked ones are 130mm BCD; they also have triples at 130 / 74 mm BCD. (I got the cranks when they were on sale at $24.95) Thanks.
