  1. Hi,

    Started at the end of the rd carpark. Tanked up the 700m
    slope avoiding the worst of the wet bits. Hot and humid.

    Colder on the ridge after the top, great views of vertical sheets of rain.
    Hail lying above 750m then melting.

    Once we reached the summit 'stob' the hail came in again as a shower
    for ten mins and a whiteout enschewed.

    My summer walkers had an 'out of comfort zone experience'.

    Once we descended off the summit,below 1000m, the showers died out
    and became gloveless weather.

    Hard descent back down the steep initial slopes.
