Rhinogs East 4-day backpack report and photos uploaded from Monday to Thursday.
An eastern approach to a traverse of the Rhinog ridge, the roughest landscape south of the border. A superbly wild and rugged area of exquisite blue lakes, heathery rock crags and bouldery ravines. Hard and slow going when laden with 4 days supplies, but worth the effort in spades - this was one of our best trips this year. It took 2 days to write up the details and sort out a selection from many photos!.
