Hi,
Parked at Dalness, blasted up the hillside towards the start of the ridge
and stunning views opening up. The first time I have seen the sea loch
at the end of the Glencoe rd. Hot with the sun and reflections off the snow
The ridge ambled up and I looked at the descent slope down down to
the Lairig Eilde, to be used on the way bck to go back and look
for my lost camera from a few weeks back on Beinn Fhada.
The snow level about 600m. Stob Coire Sgreamhach was soon reached. Fantatstic views and a
well earnt water stop. a long climb all the way from the car at 70m above sea level.
The ridge down and along was the best rdige walk I have done in my 102 munros. All belwo
aline from the cairngorms across to laggan and down to sout of the Nevis range.Tight,
twisty and going right down to a knife edge, one foot each side of the ridge cornice !
Superb
I saw three other walkers all day. Who seemed to have come up from
Coire an Lochan.
A brilliant ridge walk with superb conditions and weather. A sunburnt face typing this.
