It's shown in Scandinavia (Viasat Sport), but probably doesn't attract a lot
of viewers when the Giro is on.

The level of racing wasn't that high due to the absence of
international top riders. It was the usual clash between QuickStep
(Boonen, Nuyens, Rosseler), Davitamon-Lotto (Steegmans, Leukemans) and
Discovery (Devolder, Hoste, VanHeeswijk).
The result was a Belgian-Dutch top-10: nice for the local fans, but not
very meaningful to the rest of Europe.
However a few conclusions:
- Tjallingii would make an excellent domestique during the northern
spring classics
- Boonen still has some work to do to be competitive for the Tour
- Devolder is hoping for a place in Discovery's tour squad and i
believe he could do an excellent job there

Boonen only has to watch for Thor and Mcewen. It's too bad Petacchi is
out, or else we would have seen 4 ferocious sprinters going at each
other instead of 3.
