Why is the USPS Jerseys for the last stage called "Retro" for 2003 and "Champs Elysees" for 2004. Did the USPS team do this in the prior years.
What does "Retro" mean also.

I think they did not in prior years!
They called it retro because it was the jersey from year 1999 if I know right! Champs Elysee is the same jersey as usual 2004 jersey, except red lines are yellow..
