Tortillas
flour
Salt
a touch of baking powder
oil
lukewarm water
Put the desired amount of flour in a bowl. make a well in the flour and
put a little baking powder, some salt (to taste) and a little oil. mix
the ingredients with a spoon while slowly adding lukewarm water & knead
it till it becomes a pizza like dough. dust your counterspace with
flour and roll out little balls of dough till they are uncooked
tortillas lifting and rolling lifting and rolling pretty thin. Place an
uncooked tortilla on the griddle (medium heat) and flip when cooked on
one side. Cook other side. repeat
This is how I make tortillas in New Mexico.
