Hi..does anyone know what the proper torque settings are for a 68mm x 118 mm (I think) Truvative GigaPipe bottom bracket? I have one installed on my Cannondale R800, and its clicking a bit, but i dont want to just crank down on it and distort the aluminum shell....help me, before I damage my baby!

Park tools lists a torque spec of 300 to 360 inch pounds for Truvative cartridge bottom brackets. http://www.parktool.com/
