But what the heck, a bike race is a bike race is a bike
race, especially these days in Toronto.

And as icing on the cake, there were five women in the
Women's road race, they gave away a bike (albeit an MTB)
to the winner of the Mens race, my Bike Week T-Shirt
wasn't four sizes too big this year, and (as of now
anyway) the CHIN Canada Day Picnic race is back on the
scene, although I doubt we'll see the modern eqivalent of
the Van Steenbergens and Phinneys that have raced in
Toronto in bygone days 🙂

Certainly didn't hurt to have the World's in Hamilton, eh!
