Mine won't unless there's some trick I'm missing. It will take 1/4 A4
sheet which is pretty good if you've printed yourself a route card and
folded it over.

I'm reasonable happy with mine. The clip to the bars can be a bit
problematic to get the bag off but I'd rather than than it falling
off. I'd quite like the pockets on the side to be a bit deeper so a
banana is more likely to stay in place.

I don't want a large bar, most of the others i've looked at seem to be
huge, just something I can keep wallet, keys, compact camera, flapjack
and banana in so I can reach them without getting off the bike and
rummaging around in a pannier for five minutes.

Looks fine. Unless you have several kg of flapjack or a very large
bunch of keys I doubt you'll even half fill that bag with what you've
listed. 270 cubic inches is about 4.5 litres.

I have the Altura Dryline (more expensive at 50 quid) but I got a good
deal on it from wiggle.

Best idea is to get yourself to a bike shop and look at them in real
life. Take along a map if necessary to get an idea of what it would be
like.

Buying stuff like this over the internet without being able to look it
over can be a bit of a lottery. Luckily (FSVO) I have an Evans just
down the road from me, I can go in there to check out stuff, make sure
it would work, and then order it from the Internet for cheaper.

Tee hee! I started having a look around last Friday and saw this Topeak
in H*lfords after deciding I didn't like their own brand one which was a
fair amount bigger although ten quid cheaper. I then sped off to the
local branch of Evans which had nul barbags in stock. Off then to "my"
LBS - who are local but never have what I want. They had no barbags on
display but dragged an unsuitable and expensive Creek2Peak model out of
a shipping carton. H*lfords seem to be the best place to find barbags,
at least around here.

Being moderately satified with the idea of buying the Topeak I went onto
Wiggle's site to find it costs more there than at H*lfords :-/

It's probably what I'll buy but just wanted to check it out before
facing H*lfords. I'll take a map!
