Topeak E-Shock Problem

  1. My Topeak E-Shock Master Blaster no longer displays the pressure correctly -
    it reads 0.0PSI all the time when attached to either Presta or Schrader
    valves.
    I've only used it once to check how to use it prior to me going out on my
    bike aand it worked fine then.
    The product is about 3 weeks old.

    Has anyone else found this or know what I'm doing wrong?

    Do you have Slime or other goop in your tubes, that will ruin a gauge.
    Topeak has a good warranty, so if it's defective they will probably
    replace it.

    There's no slime in the tyres so it must be a problem with the pump.
