Top button on chef's coat?

Unless you're the big cheese, wearing a tie underneath and in the
front of the house shmoozing guests you wear the top closed.
It's a matter of respect (for oneself). IMHO. 🙂

Personally, I'd like to see the bottom two buttons unbuttoned.

They do have to pee (and [censored]) after all. And there's no health
regulations that say they have to button them before or after
they have to wash their hands.

And those button are right at counter level.
