  1. Is it possible too do much training?

My daily routine that I'm drawing up is going to be:

    - Morning run (6am)
    - Weight training in the the afternoon (7pm) (I will be rotating daily
    between chest & shoulders)

    Thanks.

You may not get enough recovery with the weight training. Most exercises
involving the chest also involve the shoulders as well. You would probably
be better off exercising chest and shoulders together on the same day.

If you are just beginning with weight training you could get good results
with a full body workout focusing on a few multijoint exercises three (or
even two) times per week. Post (or see the faq) to misc.fitness.weights for
    more info on weight training.

It is possible. Making sure you recover properly is important. Each a good
diet of moderate carbs, get plenty of sleep, hydrate well.

Take recovery and/or off days as needed.

I would also suggest adding arms and back and abs/back to the strength
routine, but it is your body.
