  1. Every night I would drop 5 teabags of Japanese green tea in
1 liter of water for me to drink the next day. My daily tea
intake includes 2 bottles of diet Snapples (lemon tea) as
well. Is this too much tea? Some people are getting worried
    about my obsession with tea.

Nah! I drink that much green tea before 10 AM! (Not to
mention a few pots o' coffee as well, by the end of the
    day!)

As far as excess and obsession go, your intake barely
qualifies as "a lot," let alone "too much."

  3. I read tat you shouldn't leave the bag in more than 3 minutes as the
    oxilates come out.
