This is a combination of my Hot Fudge Sundae Cake and My Real Orange Cake
Recipe By: Serving Size: 12 Cuisine: American Main Ingredient:
-= Ingredients =- 1 cup Shortening 1 3/4 cup Sugar 4 large Eggs 2 teaspoons Orange extract 1 teaspoon Orange zest ; finely grated 1 1/4 cup Orange juice ; with pulp 3 cup Flour 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda 2 teaspoons Baking powder 1 teaspoon Salt ~~ -- MARBLING -- ~~ 4 ounce Semisweet chocolate ; melted with 2 tablespoons Water
-= Instructions =- Sift dry ingredients. Cream fat and sugar. Add eggs to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients alternately with juice and extract to creamed mix. MARBELING: Melt chocolate with water. Add milk or cream. Blend well. Place 1/3 batter in greased tube pan. Spread 1/2 marbeling mixture on batter. Put second 1/3 batter over marbeling. Spread second 1/2 marbeling over batter. Add last 1/3 of batter. Bake at 350F 60-70 minutes. A springform pan works well too.

Well I baked it and it turned out just as awesome as I expected. I will increase the orange extract next time.

If you substitute frozen OJ concentrate for half the the juice you probably wont need any extract. And if you use tangerine zest your concoction will taste even better, you will have replicated the flavor Baskin and Robins Mandarin Chocolate.
