    Serves 4
    Recipe By: Terry Pogue

    1 package frozen chopped spinach -- (10 oz.)
    3 large tomatoes
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup Onion -- minced

    Microwave spinach on High for 6 minutes; cool and squeeze the liquid
    out of the spinach. Set aside. Cut tomatoes in half and remove the
    seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Place tomato halves in 7 x 12-
    inch glass baking dish. Combine spinach, 1/4 cup Swiss cheese and
    onion; mix well, Mound spinach mixture onto tomatoes and push some of
    the spinach into the tomatoes. Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese, Brown as desired.

    Yield: 6 servings.
