Hi everyone,
I have just bought my first pair of clipless pedals, a pair of Candy SL's for my Trek XO1. I use them with my Shimano SPD-SL Road shoes and they work just fine apart from one thing.
When i turn the wheel, the toe of my shoe when clipped in can actually scrape the front wheel. Is this normal?

I have the same problem (I dont know if its really a problem) but if its a sharp enough turn for my wheel to touch my foot im usually not pedaling that moment and keep my outside foot down. It could also be the size of my bike. I ride a 54cm Mercier Aquila Euro. The Wheel base is 976mm and Im about 5'7.5, so that could be a factor.

actually some bikes are designed so that your feet touch the front wheel, that way it makes your frame a bit shorter and more nervous (kind of) , you see that more often on TT bikes and triathlon bikes.
